THE MIXTURE
1.5 - 2 cups black tea
1 cup dried blackberries - diced
1/4 cup dried pomegranate seeds
2-3 TBSP Rosemary
Brew the perfect cup of tea…
boil water
add 1-2 TBSP of tea to steeper or bag
pour 6oz of hot water over the tea
let steep for 2-3 minutes,
enjoy!
optional: add your favorite sweetener
