Welcome to this Root Chakra Reiki meditation. The root chakra, or Muladhara, is the foundation of our energy system, symbolizing stability, security, and a sense of belonging. When balanced, it grounds us in the present moment, anchoring our physical and emotional well-being.
Begin by lying down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes, and allow yourself to fall gently into the rhythm of your breath. With each inhale, feel your body relax and with each exhale, let go of any tension.
Now, draw your attention to the base of your spine. Imagine a radiant red orb glowing there. This is the energy center of your root chakra. As we move through this meditation, you'll experience the stages of awakening, activating, balancing, and harmonizing this powerful chakra. My voice will guide you through each transition.
There’s nothing you need to do other than breathe deeply and continue focusing on the glowing red orb or the Reiki energy at the base of your spine. Simply allow yourself to be present as we begin this journey of grounding and alignment.

As we come to the close of this Root Chakra Reiki meditation, take a deep breath in, filling yourself with the grounding energy you’ve cultivated. Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body, feeling the surface beneath you and noticing the weight of your limbs.
Allow yourself to gently return to the present moment, knowing that your root chakra is now open and healing. You are grounded, secure, and fully supported by the earth beneath you and the Universe around you.
Take a moment to thank yourself for this time of healing and restoration. When you're ready, wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch your body, and slowly open your eyes, carrying this deep sense of stability and inner strength with you as you move forward in your day.
