Beet Hummus
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drain & rinse
1 can beets, drain but reserve 1/4 of the liquid
1 garlic clove
1 TBSP salt
1/4 cup tahini
1 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP lemon juice
Preparation
In a high-power food processor or blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve with soft pita, pita chips, or your favorite vegetables.
