Tabbouleh Recipe
What is Tabbouleh?
Tabbouleh is a Middle Eastern salad that is traditionally made with finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, bulgur wheat, and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. It's a refreshing and flavorful dish, often served as part of mezze, which is a selection of small dishes served as appetizers or accompaniments in Middle Eastern cuisine. Tabbouleh is known for its vibrant green color from the parsley and its zesty, tangy taste from the lemon juice and olive oil dressing. It's a versatile dish that can be enjoyed on its own or as a side dish with grilled meats, fish, or falafel.
Our interpretation of tabbouleh offers a unique twist while retaining the essence of the traditional recipe.
