Cocktail Sauce

homemade cocktail sauce

Once you've made your own cocktail sauce, you'll never buy pre-made from the store again. I've experimented with different ketchups and I find the best tasting is organic, low sodium, no sugar added. (It will appear a bit darker than your traditional ketchup) In less than 5 minutes, you'll be ready to serve with your favorite chilled seafood.

Ingredients
½ cup ketchup

1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce

1-2 TBSP horseradish

juice from ½ a lemon

Preparation
In a small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and lemon juice. Stir with a fork until well combined.

You can keep this in a sealed container in the refrigerator for a 2 weeks.
